The attention to detail in design and the charming ambiance created a cozy retreat. The location offered easy access to attractions, with good restaurants nearby. Most excellent were the warm-hearted staff were great to assist. Can't recommend enough!

The cozy room had a lovely design, and the breakfast with fresh pastries and strong coffee was amazing. The owner shared great local tips, made exploring the city so much easier.

This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like air conditioning, express check-in/-out, and luggage storage. On my first stay, the staff helped with currency exchange tips. I keep returning for the friendly service and comfort.

We were there for one night. The hotel has a very good location, the old town is within walking distance. Room and bathroom were very clean. The two gentlemen at the reception were extremely friendly and gave some helpful tips (also in German language). The breakfast left nothing to be desired. An absolutely recommendable hotel, we will definitely come back and stay a little longer.

Bicycles could "live" in the luggage storage room

The breakfast was delicious and satisfactory with a lot of products. Bed was very lovely, room was fairly quiet and huge. Location: the hotel was right by the centre, the Lyon Perrache train station and river & sites, cafes, restaurants, bars & shops.

A little outdated, uncomfortable bathroom

I loved the attention to detail in maintaining the original architecture while providing modern comforts. The funky art around the hotel. Plus, the central location is perfect for exploring with plenty of surrounding cafés and shops.

The creaking wooden floors

The front desk staff were friendly and the double room we booked was a good size. The bathroom was large, with a bathtub and it was very clean. it is close to public transportation with a metro station nearby.

The room was in need of refurbishment and there was a platform on one side of the bed which made getting in and out of it on that side difficult. The breakfast, which we did not take, was 12 euros and was not extensive so we ate elsewhere. No kettle was provided in the room and the walls were thin as one could hear people in other rooms. The carpet in the room had seen better days.

Charming decor, Unique art, Cozy atmosphere

Lack of air conditioning during warmer months makes rooms uncomfortable!!! Shower temperature inconsistency is frustrating, and noise from the street impacts comfort at night!!! The absence of a mini-fridge is a major inconvenience!!!

Quite OK, however price a little bit too high like for the standard.
